A Bitterroot Celebration
A wonderful collection of this season's finest semi-soft, blue and hard cheeses, as well as accompaniments to highlight the cheese and Bitterroot Valley's finest flavors.
Juniper: Juniper is a full bodied and hearty cheese. This style of cheese is typical of Switzerland and washed in a syrup made with our favorite mulling spices, local beer, wine, honey spirit and cider.
Olwen: Aged for 2 months, Olwen is fudgy and smooth in texture with crisp citrusy flavors and a woody and tangy finish.
Harbinger: Firm but not dry with gracefully smooth nutty flavors. We wash this cheese every few days with a local Montana brewery's Oatmeal Stout, insuring a soft, easy slicing texture and a beautiful rind. Aged a minimum of 3 months. Awarded 2nd place at the 2018 American Cheese Society's Competition for sheep's milk cheese aged over 60 days.
Sentinel: Aged for almost 4 years, giving this cheese a distinct sharp and spicy flavor with mild buttery characteristics. Amazing grated over grilled vegetables or Italian comfort foods like lasagna and pizza.
Lamb Summer Sausage: Tucker Family Farm grass-fed lamb cured locally in Montana
Wustner Brothers Honey: local Montana knapweed honey which pairs beautifully drizzed on all of our cheeses.
